Database Sync
An add-on for Google Sheets™. Bring your Notion databases into Google Sheets and keep them in sync, both ways.
How it works
- Open the add-on from Extensions in Google Sheets and connect your Notion workspace.
- Pick a database. It is copied into its own tab, one row per page.
- Edit cells in the tab and the change is sent to Notion right away. Changes made in Notion come into the tab every hour, even when the spreadsheet is closed.
What gets synced
- The Notion property types you use every day: text, numbers, select, status, multi-select, dates, checkboxes, URLs, people, files, relations, formulas, rollups and more.
- Select and status become dropdowns with the same colors. Checkboxes stay checkboxes. Date ranges become a start column and an end column.
- Formulas, rollups and other read-only fields are shown in gray and are not sent back.
- Columns and rows you add yourself are left alone.

Good to know

- Your Notion data goes directly between Notion and your spreadsheet. We do not store it on our servers. See the privacy policy.
