Database Sync

Database Sync ("the add-on") is a Google Sheets add-on that syncs Notion databases with Google Sheets. It is operated by komasu, an individual developer ("we"). The operator's full name and address are provided without delay on request to the contact email below.
What the add-on accesses
- Google Sheets: the spreadsheets where you use the add-on, to write your Notion data into tabs, read your edits, and run the hourly sync.
- Your Google account email address: to check whether you have a Pro subscription.
- Notion: the pages and databases you choose to share during the Notion connection, to read them and to update them when you edit the sheet.
Where your data goes
- Your Notion data moves directly between Notion and your spreadsheet. We do not copy it to our servers and we do not keep it.
- Your Notion access token is stored in your Google account's private storage for the add-on (Apps Script user properties). Only the add-on, running as you, can read it.
- Your email address is sent to our billing service to look up your subscription, and to Paddle.com, our payment provider and merchant of record, when you subscribe. Paddle's privacy notice applies to payment details. We never see your card number.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone other than the services above.
- We do not use Google user data to train AI models.
Google API Services User Data Policy
The add-on's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Deleting your data
Choose "Stop syncing" and "Disconnect" in the sidebar, or remove the add-on from your Google account. This deletes the Notion token and sync settings stored for you. Data already written into your spreadsheet stays in your spreadsheet.
